Cornell wrestling recap – Big Red cruises over Binghamton

ITHACA, N.Y. (WETM) – The Cornell Big Red wrestling team closed out its regular season with a bang.

Cornell topped Binghamton 33-6 at home on Senior Day last Sunday. With the victory, Cornell finished with a (12-4) overall record and a perfect (7-0) mark at home. Next up, the postseason takes shape with the EIWA Tournament March 8-9 at Bucknell University in Lewisburg followed by the NCAA Championships March 21-23 in Kansas City.

This year’s EIWA Tournament marks the final one for Cornell as the team will compete in the inaugural IVY League Tournament next year.
