ST. LOUIS — Congresswoman Cori Bush is asking Governor Mike Parson to stop the scheduled execution of convicted killer Brian Dorsey. The 52- year-old is set to die next Tuesday for killing his cousin and her husband in 2006 near New Bloomfield.

Bush says that experts concluded that Dorsey was in a drug-induced psychosis at the time of the murders. She also says that more than 70 corrections officers and a former warden also want the governor to commute Dorsey’s sentence.
