Connecticut man sentenced in Mercer County for a crime involving a minor

PRINCETON, WV (WVNS) — A Connecticut man was sentenced to prison by a Mercer County Judge for a crime that involved a minor.

Man wanted for First-Degree Murder in Florida arrested in Mercer County

40-year-old Richard Felicioni, of North Grosvenordal, Connecticut, was sentenced to up to five years in prison or his conviction of Use of Obscene Matter with the Intent to Seduce a Minor.

Felicioni was sentenced on April 1, 2024 by Mercer County Circuit Court Judge William Sadler, who also stated that Felicioni must register as a sex offender for the rest of his life, as well as 10 years of parole after being released from prison.

Felicioni was charged by the Mercer County Grand Jury in June 2023.

Based on the actions of the Defendant, Judge Sadler clearly did the right thing by sentencing him to the maximum amount of time in prison that he could give him.
