Connecticut Elementary School Evacuated After Reported Shooting

Police in Newtown, Connecticut, are investigation a shooting at a local elementary school in which one teacher and possibly several other people have been shot. WFSB is reporting that one teacher was shot at Sandy Hook Elementary School, while FOX-CT says there are "multiple injuries." Parents are being told to stay by the phone, as the entire district is being placed on lockdown.
