Comey: It's not up to me to say if Trump was trying to "obstruct"

On Thursday, former FBI director James Comey testified before the Senate. On whether his private conversations with President Trump were an effort for the president to obstruct justice, he said it is not up to him to say. But he did say, "I took it as a very disturbing thing, very concerning, but that's a conclusion I'm sure the special counsel will work towards to try to understand what the intention was there, and whether that's an offense."
