Come and Get It! Selena Gomez Selling Huge Texas Mansion

Singer Selena Gomez is trying to sell her home in Fort Worth, TX, for nearly $3 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. The baby-faced hit-maker grew up in Texas and purchased the property two years ago for an undisclosed sum.

The English-style home, with Tuscan, contemporary, and country touches, boasts 10,016 square feet of living space, including five bedrooms and 6.5 baths. One of two master suites includes a walk-in closet and coffee bar. The kitchen contains an L-shaped island and opens to a great room with fireplace.

There’s also game, media, and crafts rooms; two covered patios; a saltwater swimming pool; a putting green; and a tennis court. The home hit the market in early January for $3.5 million, but had its price cut last week to the current $3 million. Even with the recent price reduction, it’s still one of the 20 most expensive properties for sale in Fort Worth.

“It’s magnificent,” says John Zimmerman, who is co-listing the property with Todd Terry—both of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International.

This isn’t Gomez’s first go-round on the real estate wheel of fortune. Last year, she sold a Calabasas, CA, mansion to rapper French Montana for $3.3 million, after initially listing the home for $4.5 million. In 2014, she sold a Tarzana, CA, home for $3.45 million to then-couple Iggy Azalea and Nick Young.

Gomez, 24, was a child actor in the kids’ series “Barney & Friends,” then moved on to the leading role in the TV series “Wizards of Waverly Place.” Her first solo album, “Stars Dance,” topped Billboard and included the top 10 single “Come & Get it.” Known for her tempestuous relationship with fellow singer Justin Bieber, Gomez is currently rumored to be dating The Weeknd.
