Would you rather: Only ever drink wine again or only ever drink coffee again? That's probably the hardest question of all time - and good news! Now you never have to choose, because thanks to the heroes at Apothic Wine, we now live in a world where coffee-infused red wine exists.

According to the brand's representative, Apothic Brew was inspired by everyone's cold-brew coffee obsession. In case you're still drinking - gasp - iced java, here's the deal with cold brew: It utilizes around twice as many coffee grounds as a traditional blend, which requires a longer and more delicate steep. The result is smooth, strong, and TBH, delicious. If you're a caffeine junkie, don't get too excited. Apothic Brew, regardless of being infused with coffee, contains less caffeine than a standard cup of decaf.

You can get your hands on this limited-edition blend beginning April 1, and no, it's not a joke. I had the chance to try it with an early taste test, and oh my God, the stuff is good. I've had my fair share of gimmick booze (hi, blue wine and hard cold brew), but the Apothic Brew is as good as your go-to red wine.

The blend has a very strong coffee aroma, but it tastes more like red wine with hints of chocolate than your straight-up morning cup of joe. It has a nice finishing hint of cold brew, though, and it's very enjoyable.

Ideal pairing with this? I'm no wine expert, but I'd say this would go well with a pint of edible cookie dough and your favorite Netflix binge. The experts at Apothic, however, say it's versatile and can go with anything from a steak to a chocolate dessert.

Any time to drink cold brew wine sounds like a good time to me!
