Cloud cover returns for Sunday with a chance for some rain

What We’re Tracking

  • Mostly clear tonight

  • Rain returns Sunday

  • Off and on showers next week

Another mainly clear sky tonight with temperatures falling into the lower 50s. With the clear times, keep an eye out for another chance to see the Northern Lights! It’s such a rare sight here, so you’ll have to hope for another showing.

Cloud cover builds in for Mother’s Day with a chance for periodic showers and possibly a thunderstorm. We don’t expect strong to severe storms, but a few passing showers may alter your plans for the day. Highs will top out in the middle to upper 70s.

More chances for rain on Monday, then again later in the week as another system brings in scattered showers for Wednesday or Thursday. Overall, the temperatures will be mild with highs in the 70s for most of next week.
