Rumors swirled in January that Clay Aiken went under the knife after he was announced as a contestant on "Celebrity Apprentice," and his promotional shot showed off a different look for the singer - and now he's coming clean about going under the knife.

"Have you ever had any plastic surgery?" "Watch What Happens Live" host Andy Cohen asked Clay on Tuesday's show.

"I had surgery on my jaw for a TMJ (Temporomandibular joint) disorder thing and I had them suck the fat out of my chin while they were in there," the 33-year-old Season 2 "American Idol" runner-up revealed.

Adding, "I was like, 'You know what, while I'm already down, go ahead and take the vacuum in there and suck the fat out of my chin."

The singer-turned-reality star remained candid when asked which of today's current crop of pop stars would not make it past the first round on "Idol."

"There's too many, I've stopped listening to them because they can't sing" he said. "Rihanna has some pitch problems for sure."
