Clarks Summit police seek info on missing woman

May 24—Borough police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing woman.

Shelli Prynkiewicz, 32, who lived on South State Street before recently moving to Philadelphia, was last seen Wednesday in Kensington area of Philadelphia, Police Chief Chris Yarns said.

She left behind all of her personal effects, including her phone and identification, he said.

Yarns, whose department has been in contact with Philadelphia police, said it's possible Prynkiewicz may try to contact friends in the Clarks Summit area.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call borough police at 570-587-3026 or the Lackawanna County Communications Center at 570-342-9111, he said.
