About the project:

In November 2022, El Paso voters approved the Community Progress Bond Proposition B: Parks and Recreation Facilities, which included a new, regional, community All-Abilities Playground for children of all abilities to play, learn and grow together.

The All-Abilities Playground planning initiative led by the Capital Improvement Department is exploring the project’s programming, playground theme, and site selection. The project aims to create an All-Abilities Playground that caters to the diverse needs of the community, prioritizing an environment of inclusion where children of all abilities can come together, according to the City’s news release.
