City of Grand Junction to celebrate Lincoln Park-Moyer Pool opening

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — The City of Grand Junction will host a School’s Out Party on Friday to celebrate the Lincoln Park-Moyer Pool opening for the season.

The party will be held from 1:30 to 7:30 p.m. The price for the party is $2.50 per child and $6 per adult and the cost includes use of the water slide.

The Lincoln Park-Moyer Pool opens on Saturday and will remain open through Sept. 2. Hours for the Lincoln Park Pool will be limited after Aug. 6 due to public schools reopening; Orchard Mesa Pool will continue to operate on a normal schedule.

Swimming lesson registration is open for both the Lincoln Park and Orchard Mesa pools; lessons start on June 3 at the Lincoln Park Pool and June 4 at the Orchard Mesa Pool.
