Chip and Joanna Gaines’ Magnolia House Just Booked Up 6 Months in 5 Minutes
Fixer Upper fans have done it again!
Chip and Joanna Gaines massively popular vacation rental, The Magnolia House, has completely booked up for July–December 2017 in 5 minutes. Reservations opened Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m. CT, and are now sold out, according to the booking tool on their website.
This isn’t the first time the property, which is located in McGregor, Texas, about 20 minutes outside of the Fixer Upper couple’s hometown of Waco, has filled up incredibly quickly, but it is a new record. When the house first opened in spring 2016, Magnolia Public Relations Director Brock Murphy told PEOPLE the reservations were closed after less than three hours. Last August, stays for January-July 2017 were booked to capacity in under an hour.

The Gaineses completely restored The Magnolia House and designed it to replicate the style of their own farmhouse. The charming vacation destination can sleep eight, and requires a 2-night minimum booking, with check-in unavailable on Sundays. Guests must rent the home in its entirety, with the price per night ranging from $695-$995, according to the website.
If you didn’t nab a reservation, there are plenty of other ways to get your Chip and Jo fix. The HGTV stars are expanding their lifestyle empire with products — including a brand-new line of wallpaper designed by Joanna — a magazine, and their ever-growing Magnolia Market at the Silos, which now includes a bakery and flea market. A new store curated by Chip is schedule to open in 2017. But regardless of their newfound fame, the couple remains grounded in what really matters: their family. The couple has four children, Drake, Duke, Ella and Emmie.
“We are thankful for our success,” Chip told PEOPLE in October. “But if it ever compromised our ability to be a healthy married couple or our kids started to get a little bit off track, we would quit this thing in a heartbeat.”
