Wet weather expected overnight, fog likely Saturday morning

Two rounds of wet weather will impact your plans on Saturday, but the entire weekend will not be a washout. After morning fog, a line of showers will develop mid-morning through early afternoon with a second round of scattered thunderstorms expected to follow. Brief gusty downpours, frequent lighting and small hail are possible with the storms, but widespread severe weather is not expected.

Mother’s Day will also bring a few showers, especially early, but there should be more dry hours than wet and there may be some clearing ebfore sunset so you can get pictures with mom outside.

Dry, warmer weather returns to start the week.
