Child dies after St. Louis car crash

ST. LOUIS — Late Wednesday night, a tragic car crash occurred in the Mark Twain neighborhood of North Saint Louis, resulting in the death of a child. According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of Union and Bircher just before 10 p.m., where the child was ejected from the car.

An accident reconstruction team has been dispatched to the scene to determine the details of what happened. As of now, the police have not released the name or age of the child involved in the crash.
