Chick-fil-A is adding three new items to its menu. What to know and when they arrive

Whether you’re craving something sweet or looking for a new way to jump-start your morning, Chick-fil-A has some very good news: It’s adding three new items to its menu.

A new dessert and two coffee drinks will be available starting Sept. 14, the company said in a Thursday news release.

Chick-fil-A is adding a brownie and two coffee beverages to its menu, the company said.

For dessert, Chick-fil-A’s new chocolate fudge brownie features “fudgy chunks” and comes individually wrapped. It will be a permanent fixture on the menu.

If caffeine is more your speed, the chain also will offer a cold brew coffee drink.

The Mocha Cream Cold Brew is served over ice and sweetened with cream and chocolate syrup, the company said. The beverage will be available at participating locations for a limited time.

Chick-fil-A also will serve a new Thrive Farmers hot coffee blend, available year-round.

The blend is made from beans grown in Central and South America and features “notes of smooth caramel and a nutty finish,” the company said.

“We are always looking to add fun and flavorful offerings to our menu, and these new dessert and snack options make perfect additions as we enter the fall season,” Leslie Neslage, director of menu and packaging, said in the release.

The brownie and cold brew beverage were both tested in a few markets last year, Neslage added.
