Check Out Every Inch of Ken Block's 1400-HP Twin-Turbo Hoonicorn 2

From Road & Track

Ken Block's Hoonicorn, an 845-hp all-wheel-drive drift machine based very loosely on a 1965 Ford Mustang, is one of the wildest cars ever built. It starred in Block's Gymkhana 7, where it tore around Los Angeles like no car before it. By rational standards, the Hoonicorn as crazy as a car gets, but Block doesn't limit himself to that.

Block is so crazy, he's installed two turbochargers installed on the Hoonicorn's already ridiculous V8, which now produces around 1400 hp. It's hard to imagine a car more gleefully unhinged than this.

Oh, and Block considers 1400 hp a "conservative" estimate.

We got an early look at the Hoonicorn 2 this morning, but now Block has posted a video on Facebook revealing all the neat details on the car. It's pretty damn far removed from a '65 Mustang, but does anyone really care? It's a magnificent beast.

It runs on methanol fuel, which helps the engine run cooler than regular gasoline. Block's also updated the livery to make it pop more.

Now that we know the mechanical details, we've gotta see this thing in action. Surely Block and co. will have a delightful drift video to share with us before too long.
