Charles Schwab breaks ground on Denver-area campus; Company will get tax credit for new jobs

LONE TREE, Colo. (AP) -- Charles Schwab has broken ground on a new Denver-area campus that's expected to create some new jobs.

The founder of the financial services company attended the groundbreaking ceremony Friday in Lone Tree along with Gov. John Hickenlooper.

About 2,000 employees who now work in three separate Denver area offices will work at the new campus. The company will get a state tax credit for up to 480 new jobs it creates over the next five years.
