Champaign School District switches bus tracking apps

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WCIA) — The Champaign School District is changing its bus tracking app.

The new app is called MyRide K-12, owned by Tyler Technologies. It replaces Ride 360.

Another Champaign school board member resigns

The app allows parents to track the bus stop location, route and pick-up time for their students, according to Tyler Technologies’ website.

District officials wrote on Facebook that parents can still use their Ride 360 username and password.

The app can be downloaded on the App Store for Apple devices and Google Play for Androids.
