With "College GameDay" going to Atlanta for the 2021 Southeastern Conference championship game between Alabama and Georgia, ESPN chose Zac Brown Band lead singer Zac Brown as its celebrity guest picker.
"College GameDay" airs every Saturday morning during the college football season from 8-11 a.m. CT on ESPN and ESPNU.
Alabama has the second-most "College GameDay" appearances with 51 (Ohio State is No. 1 with 52). The Crimson Tide have hosted the ESPN show 16 times (Ohio State is No. 2 with 20).
"College GameDay" aired from Alabama vs. Georgia in Tuscaloosa on Oct. 17, 2020, where the Crimson Tide defeated the Bulldogs 41-24. Derrick Henry was the celebrity guest picker.

ESPN announced Thursday Zac Brown Band lead singer Zac Brown would be the celebrity guest picker on "College GameDay" on Saturday, Dec. 4 ahead of the SEC Championship.
The Zac Brown Band will also perform live on the show.
Brown is a lifelong Georgia football fan and an Atlanta native. He was the celebrity guest picker for the 2019 Championship when Georgia played LSU.
