CAUGHT ON CAMERA: 2 men follow, beat up teen, steal bike in Clearwater, CPD says

CLEARWATER, Fla. (WFLA) — Police are searching for two men caught on camera assaulting a teen and stealing his bike in Clearwater.

In a video shared on the Clearwater Police Department Facebook page, a man with salt-and-pepper hair wearing what appears to be a security guard uniform, and a bald man with full arm tattoos, attack the teen.

Police said the assault happened on May 1 just before 7 p.m.

Officers said the men followed the victim for several blocks from Fort Harrison Avenue and Chestnut Street after the teen nearly collided with their gray Nissan SUV.

The driver ran the teen off the road near Hamlet Avenue and Belleview Boulevard, and the passenger jumped out of their vehicle, tackled the teen and beat him up.
