These daughters share an unbreakable bond with their dads. To mark Father’s Day on June 18, stars like Carrie Underwood, Chrissy Teigen and Nikki Reed took to social media to share photos of special moments with their dads from their wedding days.
Underwood, 34, posted a Sepia tone photo of her dad bringing her down the aisle during her 2010 wedding ceremony to Mike Fisher. “#HappyFathersDay to this handsome guy!” the country superstar wrote on Instagram. “I am so thankful to have him as a father! He is one of the very few people in my life that treats me the same now as he did before my world got crazy! I am his daughter and so much like him in so many ways…I hope I make him proud! “I wanna be the girl you think I am…” ❤️ you, Daddy!”

The American Idol winner also celebrated her husband on the holiday, posing a sweet image of the NHL player kissing their son. “And to Mike, Isaiah is so blessed to have you as his dad. He wants to do everything you do and go where you go,” she expressed. “You are an incredible example of what a father should be…patient, kind, loving and so much more. You are never afraid to hug and kiss him or be silly with him. He knows he is loved beyond measure and that you will always be there for him…I always knew that you would be an amazing father and you prove me right every day. We love you!!!”
Model Chrissy Teigen, 31, also took to Instagram to post a photo from her walk down the aisle with her dad. “Can’t forget the first important father in my life,” she wrote. “The man who never stopped working to make sure we had the best life possible. I was so proud to hold your arm on this day and so proud to call you my dad every day. Love, your boogernose goober.”

Unlike Underwood and Teigen, who shared snapshots from their ceremonies, Twilight actress Reed posted a pic of the father-daughter dance. Reed and husband Ian Somerhalder married in a surprise 2014 ceremony, and are currently expecting their first child together. “I’ve always wanted to be like you. Maybe it was a choice, or maybe that’s just how all little girls feel,” wrote the impassioned animal activist. “One thing I know with all of my heart is that my world changed when you and I became the best of friends. There is nothing more special than a dad who loves his little girl. Happy Father’s Day my sweet Dad…”
