Carie Hallford hearing rescheduled due to heavy snow

(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — Carie Hallford will not appear in court today. The El Paso County Courthouse is closed Thursday, March 14 as a result of inclement weather.

According to the State Court Administrator’s Office X (Twitter) account, Carie Hallford’s show cause hearing, which was originally set for Thursday, March 14 will now be held on Friday, March 15 at 1:30 p.m.

Hallford is facing charges after almost 200 bodies were found improperly stored at the Return to Nature funeral home she co-owned with her husband, Jon Hallford. She was ordered to appear in court on March 14 to explain missing a required sobriety monitoring on Wednesday, March 7.
