Car strikes officer in North St. Louis County; injuries non-Life-threatening

NORTH ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — A police officer was injured after being struck by a car in north St. Louis County. The incident occurred around 10:15 p.m. last night while police were working to disperse a crowd on New Halls Ferry Road.

The injured officer was taken to a hospital for treatment. St. Louis County police describe the officer’s injuries as non-life-threatening. They will release more details as soon as they become available.
