Car runs over man lying in road in Montgomery County

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Montgomery County Fire and Rescue said a man who was allegedly laying in the road was run over by a car in Gaithersburg Tuesday morning.

Crews said it happened on E Diamond Avenue. That road which is between Park Avenue and Russell Avenue was closed.

MPD: Man arrested in connection to Northwest shooting

The man was transported to the hospital.

Cars told first responders they did not see the man due to the bright sunshine glare.
