1 hurt when car overturns in Route 28 crash

Crews were called to an early morning crash on Route 28 Monday.

It happened just before 5 a.m. between the 31st Street Bridge and E. Ohio Street. One vehicle appeared to have overturned.

The right lane was temporarily blocked.

Officials tell Channel 11 one person was taken to a local hospital. The extent of their injuries was not known.
