A crash report from FHP said the car, a 2010 Dodge Charger, was being driven by a 16-year-old girl and had three teenage boys as passengers on Saturday around 9:45 p.m., when the crash happened.

The report said the driver was heading south on Fannie Road when she lost control of the vehicle, causing it to crash into a guardrail. The vehicle then bounced off the guardrail and continued southbound in the northbound lane until eventually hitting a tree.

The driver was taken to Sacred Heart Hospital by ambulance, and two of the passengers were life-flighted. One of the passengers was released back to his parents. The report said none of the teenagers was wearing seatbelts.

“Originally, the driver and front passenger gave false official statements to Troopers but then told the truth,” read the report. “The 16-year-old female did not have a driver’s license.”
