According to Campbell police, Dailey has a prior history of possessing CSAM and was arrested by local police in 2009, 2011, 2015, and 2016, as well as for various charges of possession of controlled substances and burglary.

“At this time, Dailey is no longer in custody and has been placed on SORP (Supervised Own Recognizance Release),” Campbell police said. “Our Sexual Assault Detective will continue to work closely with the Silicon Valley ICAC task force to investigate cases of online sexual exploitation and abuse, ensuring the safety and protection of children and vulnerable individuals in our community.”
