Is Caitlyn Jenner heading for the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house TONIGHT?
Celebrity Big Brother is just hours away from launching on Channel 5. The official line-up has been all but ‘confirmed,’ and now there is a rumour that there will be a surprise 13th contestant.
Could this mystery celebrity be Caitlyn Jenner? The 68-year-old retired Olympic gold medal-winning decathlete, formerly known as Bruce Jenner, was pictured arriving at London’s Heathrow Airport this very morning.
Jenner’s potential signing to Celebrity Big Brother would be a massive coup for Channel 5, given her huge celebrity appeal and the fact that she’s the parent of Kylie and Kendall Jenner.
And of course Jenner is no stranger to reality television, having starred in multiple seasons of Keeping up with the Kardashians and in her own series I Am Cait.
According to The Sun Jenner was meant to join last year’s CBB line-up, but after the deal fell through they’re keen to sign her officially this year: “The bookers know she’d be TV gold so they’re prepared to break the bank for her.
The world has been fascinated by Caitlyn’s story and getting her would push ratings through the roof,” a source revealed.
Celebrity Big Brother starts tonight at 9pm on Channel 5.
