Café inside B&O Railroad Museum serves up food, opportunities
Inside The B&O Railroad Museum, you'll find historic trains and tracks. You'll also find a little cafe where big dreams are coming true. "I've always had a love for the culinary arts, always had a love for food," said Chef Tiffany Jordan, the supervisor of the B&O Café. "Even when I was little, I always watched cooking shows." Jordan never thought she'd be able to make a career out of cooking until she saw a flyer from the Franciscan Center promoting their Dignity Plates Culinary Training Academy. It's a free 13-week program that teaches students culinary skills and life skills.
