Bulldog football has first spring practice with full pads

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The Fresno State football program hosted its last practice ahead of spring break. It was only practice No. 4 for the Bulldogs during the spring semester.

The ‘Dogs put the pads on for the first time this spring and had the chance to experience contact.

“They’re able to cut it loose after all the training we’ve done. They actually get a chance to play football now. We’re all excited” said head coach Jeff Tedford.

The Bulldogs’ first game of the 2024 season is on Saturday, August 31 at Michigan.
