Buc-ee's ground breaking coming

Jan. 19—The long-awaited ground breaking for a new Buc-ee's travel center will be held 10 a.m. on Jan. 29.

The new travel center at 7156 Ga. 99 near the Interstate 95 interchange at Exit 42 will be attended by local elected officials and business leaders. Attendees of the Buc-ee's Brunswick groundbreaking ceremony will include Wayne Neal, chairman, Glynn County Board of Commissioners; U.S. Rep. Buddy Carter, R-1, Ann R. Purcell, Georgia Department of Transportation Board vice chair; and Ryan Moore, president and CEO of the Golden Isles Development Authority.
