Bryson Tiller announces San Francisco show for his self-titled tour

(KRON) – Grammy-nominated contemporary R&B artist Bryson Tiller announced a new self-titled tour, “The Bryson Tiller Tour,” including a Bay Area stop.

Tiller also announced his new self-titled album, which is scheduled to be released on April 5. Tiller released the first single from the album “Calypso.”

The tour will have 31 shows and will kick off in Portland, Oregon at the Alaska Airlines’ Theater of the Clouds. Tiller plans to take the stage at San Francisco’s Bill Graham Civic Auditorium on May 14.

The tour has three other California shows:

  • Hard Rock Live Sacramento in Wheatland on May 15

  • Gallagher Square at Petco Park in San Diego on May 16

  • YouTube Theater in Inglewood on May 17

Tiller’s debut album TrapSoul pioneered a new genre of music that incorporated a mixture of trap and soulful R&B with fresh rap and pop elements. The “Bryson Tiller” album is said to have his signature sound while showcasing Tiller’s journey and evolution as an artist.

Pre-sale tickets will be available for purchase on Wednesday. General tickets will be available at 10 a.m. on Friday on Ticketmaster’s website.
