Brooklyn man dies from gunshot wound to abdomen: NYPD

BROWNSVILLE, N.Y. (PIX11) — A man who walked into the Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the abdomen on Wednesday has died, according to the NYPD.

45-year-old Gamaliel Oliver arrived at the hospital by private means at around 2:37 p.m., police said.

Police say no arrests have been made at this time and the investigation remains ongoing.
