Bro Gets Harshed After Touching Mets Outfielder Curtis Granderson
There are countless reasons not to reach into the field of play during a baseball game. A Los Angeles Angels fan learned the hard way last night.
In the eighth inning of last night's road loss, New York Mets outfielder Curtis Granderson caught a pretty routine fly ball near the right field corner. Just as he turned to throw the ball back, he felt a hand graze his back from the stands. It was a bro.
”Say whatever you want to say, boo, cheer, clap, cheer for your team, cheer for the other team, but just don’t physically touch the players,” Granderson would later say.
At the very moment though, Granderson wasn't having it. He immediately turned to face the fan, a Blake Griffin doppelgänger, and chewed him out.

Is this actually newsworthy? Well, fan encroachment in baseball has a pretty lengthy and violent history and has even altered the course of baseball history. (The fan in question last night was thrown out and Granderson was reportedly given the option to file charges.)
