Britney Spears Shuts Down Speculation G-Eazy Tried to Kiss Her at VMAs, Feels 'Blessed' Amid Comeback

Britney Spears is opening up about her and G-Eazy's sexy VMAs performance.

Since the pair performed their new single "Make Me..." Sunday night at the annual MTV awards show, the Internet has been buzzing with speculation that the rapper tried to go in for a kiss that the pop star allegedly rebuffed.

"No, I don't think so," Spears, 34, told 92.3 AMP Radio cohosts Shoboy and Nina on Tuesday. "He has a girlfriend!"

There might not have been a kiss, but the musical duo still got hot and heavy onstage. Regarding that moment when Spears got handsy with Eazy's manhood, the performer says the move was impromptu.

"In rehearsals, there wasn't really anything planned for us to do, so when we got there ... I didn't honestly really know what I was doing, and I kind of do something similar to that in my show in Vegas, so I went on automatic with what I do performing live, and I just did what I do to the dancers in Vegas," Spears told the station. "We did rehearse. We had one rehearsal. We didn't really touch each other. It was just like, 'Hey, okay, you do your thing. I'll do my thing.'"

" Make Me..." appears on Spears' new album, Glory, which she says her older son, Sean Preston, 10, gave her feedback on throughout its production.

"He was in the process of me recording. Anything I'd bring home, he'd be like, 'Oh, Mom, that's cool.' [Or] 'No, Mom, that's really bad. I don't like that. I don't like that at all.' He actually didn't like 'Make Me...' in the beginning," Spears said.

As it turns out, Preston – as his family calls him – takes after his mom's musical tendencies ("He deejays!") and even named her new LP.

"He's the one who named my album. He was like, 'Mom, I think you should call your album Glory,'" she said. "It's cool though because he's young and he knows. As I teach them, they teach me as well."

With her fragrance empire, Las Vegas residency and hot new album, Spears appears happier than ever.

"I'm just blessed for air – the breath of life. And my children, my beautiful home, my team of people around me," she said. "I'm very grateful right now."
