British TV star falls down a hole on stage, but posts the perfect Instagram response
It's not how you fall, it's how you get back up.
British TV celeb Gemma Collins was presenting an award at the BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards earlier on Sunday — when she took a nasty tumble down a hole on stage.

Collins was mid-way through her announcement when a trap door in the stage opened up beside her to bring the winners up. She failed to notice the door and took a swift tumble down.

Thankfully, Collins escaped unscathed, and jumped straight back on her feet after the fall, telling the crowd "Oh my God, I am so sorry...this is live, this is what happens."

She also tweeted to say this was a "Bridget Jones" moment for her, and posted a triumphant picture with Rita Ora, saying it was "all worth it."

The TOWIE star was on stage presenting the Best TV Show award to Love Island's Jamie Jewitt, Amber Davie and Marcel Somerville.
