The closure is expected to continue for approximately three weeks and is necessary to facilitate bridge maintenance on the structure over Fulmer Creek.

Local traffic will be allowed to use State Route 28 up to the bridge work zone's south end. Trucks are advised to follow the posted detour utilizing Jordanville Road (County Route 18), State Route 167 and State Route 168.

Construction activities are weather-dependent and subject to change based on conditions. Motorists should anticipate travel delays and build extra travel time into their schedules.

Motorists are urged to slow down and drive responsibly in work zones.
