Brazil ousts President Dilma Rousseff

On Aug. 31, 2016, the Brazilian Senate voted to impeach and remove President Dilma Rousseff from office. She was convicted on charges of manipulating the federal budget in order to hide the country’s fiscal problems. Vice President Michel Temer has been sworn in as Brazil’s president and is expected to remain in office through 2018. Yahoo News Guest Anchor Stephanie Sy gives an update.
