Brazier: Tough Champions League group good for Spurs

Tottenham’s tough Champions League group should be a good thing for the club, Spurs fan Jeff Blazier told The Football Show.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side were handed a tough Champions League group, facing LaLiga giants Barcelona, Serie A heavyweights Inter Milan and Dutch side PSV Eindhoven.

However, Blazier told The Football Show that Spurs should be full of confidence after they topped their group last year.

“It’s just progression. You try and win the cup but if you can’t the win cup, then what did you achieve?

“Did you progress? Did you learn a lot about yourselves as a team and the difference between playing in the Premier League and the Champions League? We’re building.”
