The ‘Brady Bunch’ House Is Currently for Sale & It Looks *Exactly* the Same

Remember the Brady Bunch’s iconic ’70s house? Well, it could be yours.

The Studio City, California, home recently went on the market for a cool $1.885 million. (Marcia, Marcia, Marcia!)

The 2,400-square-foot residence has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a really, really familiar exterior. Although some fear that buyers will demolish the home and build something, well, better, listing agent Ernie Carswell settled our worries and revealed that’s not the case.

“We’re not going to accept the first big offer from a developer who wants to tear it down,” he told the Los Angeles Times. “We’re going to wait a few days, in case there are others who want to purchase it as an investment to preserve it.” Phew.

Despite minor renovations in 1975, not much has changed since the home was built in 1959 (and the exterior starred in The Brady Bunch from 1969 to 1974). According to the listing, “This iconic residence is reportedly the second most photographed home in the United States after the White House.” Yeah, it’s a pretty big deal.

Sooo…any takers?
