Among the names being reported by various news sources: Suspected Wiki-leaker Bradley Manning, former President Bill Clinton, and now-jailed former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko. The AFP notes that the European Union, debt crisis and all, is one of the 43 organizations up for the award. The winners will be announced in October.
