Brad DeHays’ Connect Real Estate plans $81M project near the heart of Marysville

COLUMBUS, Ohio (COLUMBUS BUSINESS FIRST) — A Columbus firm known for its adaptive reuse projects is planning a large mixed-use development in Marysville.

The $81.4 million project from Connect Real Estate’s Brad DeHays will redevelop about 17 acres just outside of Uptown Marysville. On the site are the recently vacated Marysville Water Treatment Plant, a scrap yard and grain silos. The site straddles the creek just north of the city’s core.

DeHays, known for urban projects like the Municipal Light Plant and the redevelopment of Columbus’ old trolley barn, said that this site was attractive because of Honda’s significant investment in the community.
