BPD seeks missing teens
Bakersfield police are looking for two teens who went missing in separate incidents Friday and Saturday.
Miel Gonzalez was last seen at 9:25 p.m. Friday in the 6200 block of Whitley Court, the Bakersfield Police Department reported in a news release. She was described as 17 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 120 pounds with long black hair and brown eyes, wearing a black shirt and blue pants with a butterfly print.
The agency said Swen Guzman, considered at risk because of a medical condition and it's his first time running away, was last last seen at about 4:35 a.m. Saturday in the 3000 block of Pecangrove Drive. He was described as 15 years old, 5 feet 8 inches, 160 pounds with short curly brown hair and brown eyes, wearing a black shirt, black pajamas and tennis shoes.
Anyone with information of their whereabouts is asked to call the BPD at 661-327-7111.
