BPD searching for 2 women who allegedly pepper-sprayed Kohl’s employees, stole goods

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Bakersfield Police are asking for the community’s help locating two women who allegedly pepper-sprayed Kohl’s employees and took off with stolen goods.

On Feb. 13, the women entered the Kohl’s in the 9400 block of Rosedale Highway and concealed merchandise. When staff approached them, the women allegedly pepper-sprayed them and fled with the stolen merchandise.

BPD described the suspects as:

  1. Woman who stands 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 185 pounds and was wearing a grey zip up hoodie and red sweatpants.

  2. Woman standing 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs around 220 pounds. She has long brown hair, brown crop top, pink sweatpants with a Barbie on left leg. She was also wearing a blue Covid mask.
