BPD officers respond to Independent High after report of lewd acts involving teacher
Oct. 6—The Bakersfield Police Department said its officers responded to Independence High School Thursday afternoon after the agency received a report of a teacher viewing lewd material and "engaging in lewd acts while students were present."
A news release Friday said no arrest has been made, adding that school administration are aware of the report and the investigation continues.
