Boy, 15, stabbed in Bronx shopping center: NYPD

THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — A 15-year-old boy was stabbed in the buttocks in a Bronx shopping plaza Thursday morning, police said.

The boy was chased by three suspects and attacked in the shopping center at 949 East 174th St. at around 10:20 a.m., according to the NYPD. The teen was taken to the hospital for treatment.

The suspects and the boy were arguing on a bus near 1300 Boynton Ave. before the teen got off. The suspects then followed him to the shopping plaza and allegedly stabbed him in the buttocks, police said.

The suspects, possibly teens, ran off after the incident, police said. There have been no arrests.
