Boil water notice issued for parts of Nacogdoches water system

NACOGDOCHES, Texas (KETK) – The City of Nacogdoches issued a boil water notice for certain public water system customers because of a loss in water pressure on Thursday.

The notice is for customers from EJ Campbell Boulevard to Logan Circle, Woden Road to the 4000 block of SE Stallings Drive and Woden Road to the 3400 block of FM 2259.

Anyone under a boil water notice is asked to bring any water for cleaning or consumption to a vigorous rolling boil for at least two minutes.

The city said they would notify residents when the boil water is no longer needed. To learn more, call the city’s water utilities department at 936-564-5046.
