"Fuller House" is back for a third season and it will coincidentally premiere today, Friday, September 22nd, 30 years to the date of the original "Full House" premiere back in 1987.

Bob Saget, Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin, Andrea Barber and Dave Coulier stopped by BUILD Series for a wholesome discussion about the original hit series turning the big 3-0 plus a taste of what's expected in season 3 of "Fuller House."

Saget felt humbled to be a part of such an iconic TV show, citing it to be "a real honor to be a part of something that people love and have been touched by it for so many years."

"To be able to do this 30 years later and have "Fuller House" to be such a success and to do it with people that we love and to really have so much fun with it and create a whole new generation of fans, it's really been a huge compliment and a huge testament to the show we created 30 years ago. That there's something that stands the test of time that 30 years later people will still want to watch these characters," commended Sweetin.

When it comes to the cast dynamic over the years, the family bond the cast enjoyed in "Full House" has persisted to this date.

Coulier felt proud to work alongside Saget and with his younger co-stars [Bure, Sweetin, and Barber] over the years during the "Full House" era, so much so as to consider them like his own kids.

"We [Saget] were very protective and we were together for a long time. We went through a lot together. You know, when you do 192 episodes of any show, you're together with the people you work with a lot more than your own family. So you become a family. We became a family and so we became protective of the girls. I think still that way! I still feel that way!"

Bure added that "we've been friends for 30 years, so when we started "Fuller House," it wasn't like we all of a sudden saw each other again for the first time after 20 years. We've remained friends but the spark has always been there because when you love people in your life, you always feel joyful and want to be with them and hang with them. That's how we've always felt and that's what's carried on in the new show!"

The third season of "Fuller House" will be broken up into two parts. The first 9 episodes premiering September 22nd and the next 9 episodes sometime in December this year. The cast teased the audience on some of the production details.

You can expect the recurring three, namely Coulier, Saget, and John Stamos, back again as guest stars this season. Coulier will also be directing an episode again this season which Bure explained:

"Dave directed an episode this season and he also directed one last season and he's been a wonderful director. It's a different side of Dave. I've seen that side of Dave because he's also a pilot. And so when he flies, he gets really serious. So it was the same person when he came in as the director. He was not joking around on the side and Dave is like one nonstop joke. So he puts on this serious hat [and] he's so professional."

There will also be an episode taking place in Japan this season which Barber went on to explain:

"We worked with a Japanese crew when we were over there and that was really different because we had a translator. So our director would call out the camera directions and the translator would translate it into Japanese and our Japanese crew was some of the hardest working people I've ever met! They were awesome!"

What that future episode will be about, you'll just have to wait and see!

You can stream season 3A of "Fuller House" starring Bob Saget, Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin, Andrea Barber, and Dave Coulier as Danny, D.J., Stephanie, Kimmy, and Joey respectively starting today exclusively on Netflix!
