In case you hadn’t heard, Princess Charlotte’s christening was last weekend, and everyone continues to fawn over the adorable pictures.
Royal watchers are asking one question that has piqued our interest: “Is the nanny of the Prince and Princess of Wales Mary Poppins??”
Not quite. Meet Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo — the real-life version of Mary Poppins.
Sharply dressed in a bowler hat, crisp white gloves, and a professionally monogrammed dress, she seems “practically perfect in every way.”
Maria probably is perfect, given that she is a Norland nanny, a caretaker produced by the Norland College, England’s most prestigious nanny training school. She trained three years for the gig.
Word is that Will and Kate are so confident with her, they don’t plan on hiring another nanny.
